Salon Policies

To get the most from your appointment, please carefully read our salon policies.  

Age Restrictions

  • Belle & Bliss only offer treatments to clients aged 16 years or over

  • Children and babies are not permitted at appointments

 

How To Book

  • All bookings must be made via the booking system

  • Please ensure ‘add on’ services such as removals, nail art and IBX are added at the time of booking, to ensure enough time is allocated. If you’re not sure what to book, please get in touch and we can advise

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Upon making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details (this also has a link to change or cancel your booking)

  • Some treatments will require a consultation form to be completed prior to your appointment

  • All appointments involving tinting, lifting and laminating will require a patch test 48hrs before. Treatments will not be carried out without this

 

Booking Changes

  • You will be charged the full amount of your booking. If a service or ‘add on’ is no longer required, please remove it from your booking

  • You will be able to make changes to your booking via the booking system, up to 48hrs before your appointment start time 

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Belle & Bliss require a minimum of 48hrs notice before the start time of your appointment

  • All rescheduling and cancellations must be done via the booking system. Emailing, texting, or messaging via Instagram or Facebook are not accepted forms of rescheduling or cancellation

  • Cancellations/reschedules outside of this 48hr time frame will forfeit their non-refundable deposit. Another deposit will be required to secure any further bookings

  • Cancellations/reschedules on the day of the appointment will be billed at the total appointment amount. Further appointments will not be accepted until the this has been paid

  • All deposits are only transferrable if more than 48hrs notice is given

 

No Shows

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without advance notice, you will be charged 100% of your booking

  • No further bookings will be accepted until the full balance has been paid

 

Arrival Times

  • Please arrive on time and come alone. If early, please wait in your car to allow us time to finish up with the previous client and do essential cleaning

  • Late arrival may result in a reduced service. The full service amount will still be charged

  • Arriving more than 15 mins late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the full balance will be charged

  • If you are running late, please contact us on 07946 291692 to let us know

 

Health & Safety

  • Children and babies are not permitted at appointments

  • Please wear a mask for the full duration of your appointment

  • For hygiene reasons, no personal items (including mobile phones, keys etc) are permitted to be on the nail desk during your appointment

  • Brow and lash services involving tinting, lamination or lifting require a patch test 48hrs before the appointment. Any patch test reactions must be advised to Belle & Bliss BEFORE the appointment

  • Please follow aftercare advice. Picking/pulling off gel WILL damage your nails and could also cause more serious issues. If aftercare is not followed, future services may be refused due to risk to nail health
